Aussi mélancolique que réconfortante, la musique de Charlie Boï est de celles qu’on écoute sur la route pour un long voyage ou sous la couette par temps de pluie.
Avec sa guitare et sa voix aux tons chauds et feutrés, elle compose une folk franco-anglaise aux propriétés apaisantes, qui s’inspire d’artistes comme Billie Marten, Cat Power et Laura Marling. Sur scène, son univers intimiste et ses mélodies entêtantes enveloppent son public dans un cocon hors du temps.
Après une première carrière dans le cinéma et des années à composer en secret, Charlie Boï se produit sur les scènes parisiennes avant de s’affirmer comme musicienne lors de son voyage à la Nouvelle-Orleans et Nashville en 2022 où elle rencontre Kit Thorn qui produira deux ans plus tard son premier concert aux États-Unis.
A son retour en France, elle conquiert le public de l’artiste Becca Stevens en assurant sa première partie à La Clef à St Germain en Laye.
Aujourd’hui, après avoir sorti trois premiers singles dont le populaire « Fuck you Mister », Charlie Boï vient de sortir son premier EP « Superstition Hypochondria ».

Equal parts melancholy and comforting, Charlie Boï’s music is the kind you put on for a long road trip or curl up with under the covers on a rainy day.
With her warm, hushed voice and smooth guitar work, she crafts a soothing blend of French-English folk, drawing inspiration from artists like Billie Marten, Cat Power, and Laura Marling. On stage, her intimate sound and infectious melodies wrap her audience in a timeless cocoon.
After a first chapter in cinema and years of composing in secret, Charlie Boï hit the Parisian scene before taking her music global on a journey through New Orleans and Nashville in 2022, where she met Kit Thorn—who would go on to produce her debut U.S. concert two years later.
Back in France, she won over the crowd opening for Becca Stevens at La Clef in St Germain-en-Laye.
Now, with three singles under her belt, including the hit “Fuck You Mister,” Charlie Boï just dropped her debut EP, Superstition Hypochondria, on January 31st 2025.
